  • Sex Offender Registry — The Alaska Department of Public Safety maintains this list of sexual offenders required by law to register with the state. The list is searchable by name, zip code or city.
  • Violent Crimes Compensation Board — This Alaska state agency provides monetary compensation to victims of violent crimes.
  • Department of Law Victim/Witness Services — This division provides assistance to victims and witnesses of crimes, for instance information about court procedures, domestic violence restraining orders, and violent crimes compensation procedures.   • Stop It Now — A national nonprofit organization dedicated to preventing child sexual abuse.
  • Abused Women's Aid in Crisis (AWAIC) — An Anchorage nonprofit organization with the goal of intervening in the cycle of domestic violence by providing shelter for safe living for women and their children, counseling and advocacy for children, women, and men, and community education.
