The admissions component of HMCC addresses all prisoner admits and releases, prisoner property, and
prisoner case record management.
The staffing consists of one 84-hour Correctional Officer II, one 42-hour Correctional Officer II, and
one 42-hour Correctional Officer III each week. These three officers manage an average of between
750 and 850 prisoner movements through the admissions area each month.
The admissions office is staffed from;
- 6:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. - Monday through Friday and
- 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. - Saturday and Sunday

- Prisoner's Name
- Prisoner's Place of Incarceration
- Prisoner's Charges and Bail Data
- Prisoner's Conviction and Sentencing Data
Scheduled prisoner releases are processed at 8:00 a.m. and releasing prisoners may be picked up
in the HMCC front lobby.
Prisoner property hours are 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday.
