What is the role of local law enforcement in this program? The cost to local law enforcement in interdicting probationers? If they are in fact probation warrants issued isn’t that the job of probation/parole? What fiscal note was put to this? Will local law enforcement be reimbursed for officer time taken off city streets to apprehend probationers?
