PO Bond’s ability to communicate with offenders and her ability to craft Re-Entry plans help the PACE participants comply with the demanding requirements imposed on them and help’s offenders remain violation free. PO Whitman’s skills in the court room is common knowledge in the Fairbanks area. His ability to be fair to both the offender and the community when crafting rehabilitation plans that address treatment needs and societal norms is recognized by Judges and attorneys.
