Pretrial, Probation, and Parole Supervision Week: PO Andrea Kuckertz

As we celebrate Pretrial, Probation, and Parole Supervision Week, we want to take a moment to highlight the very important work our probation and parole professionals do here in Alaska.

Today we showcase Anchorage Probation Officer Andrea Kuckertz for her dedication and commitment to the safety and protection of the Anchorage Community.

PO Kuckertz has worked for the Anchorage Probation Office for 16 years. She has not only met her responsibilities as an officer, but has surpassed them and she has helped others do the same.

She has a personal commitment to excellence which is inspiring and her personal pride in her work is obvious. Although PO Kuckertz contributions to this department are endless, most notably is her passion to train other officers.

Pretrial, Probation, and Parole Supervision Week: PO Zoe Sutton

As we celebrate Pretrial, Probation, and Parole Supervision Week, we want to take a moment to highlight the very important work our probation and parole professionals do here in Alaska.

Today we showcase Probation Officer Zoe Sutton who began her DOC career as a probation officer with the Fairbanks Probation office on September 1, 2009. PO Sutton graduated from Probation Officer Academy #21 and has a wide variety of experience within the Division of Probation and Parole.

PO Sutton has been assigned to field probation, pre-sentence unit, and currently a valuable member the Fairbanks Electronic Monitoring Unit. She is taser, semi-auto, and time accounting certified. PO Sutton has established herself as a seasoned probation officer who is well respected by staff, offenders, and members of the public.

On August 1, 2016, she will be the new probation officer supervisor for Fairbanks Electronic Monitoring Unit.
